sorry Wayne I was going to post up on my phone that the track was fine and dry, but I could not get on the interwebz on my phone for whatever reason...

training session was delayed by the induction group (which was huge) LFGSS Track Day effect?! Once we got going though it was a decent sized group, but not too big and we did indeed get a decent bit of training in, including some sprinting, which was nice. Wind was relentless though, quite hard work.

My two weeks off the bike have done nothing though I was working quite hard today and not really acheiving much.
