I rode that for a nice gentle 70 miler around Surrey with the Grupetto lot. Hellish for the first 20 miles into the wind, but felt A BIT SPINNY (© lfgss) after that.

13t hardly counts as 'micro' given all the 9t BMX drivers out there. Make sure the chain doesn't interfere with the lock ring - shouldn't be an issue, but it is possible at 13t depending on exactly which chain and lockring you're using. Bigger is generally better because the drivetrain efficiency is higher, and because chain tension is lower you don't have to worry so much about pulling the wheel. Unless you need the clearance for log hopping, 48/19 is much better than 33/13, and you even get an extra 6 skid patches if that's your thing.
