Coffee Appreciation

Nice that folks are diggin the spro! Eyebrows, forget about crema or espresso from the Aerobie. It's a cracking little brewer in its own right but its not gonna give you crema. Use it to make beautiful sweet clean filter style coffee by inserting the piston, standing it upside down, adding 16g of freshly roasted, freshly ground coffee (filter grind), then fill with 90*c water, stir, add filter and cap, then turn over and press. Top up with water and presto. Goood coffee.

Proving my immunity to caffeine I've finished a two litre bottle of pepsi max, and had about 8 cups of coffee.
and I'm shattered, going to bed far earlier than usual.

I proved not long ago that one of the ways of curing my attention demons is overdosing on caffeine, that or intense physical exercise- but that has the downfall of meaning a lack of working ability.
I'll probably develop a heart condition, but i'm more healthy than 99% of oxford students at the moment:
Like is so prevelant in the US, Ritalin/ modafinil etc are becoming used to boost test scores, along with ridiculous usage of taurine, pro plus and energy drinks.
