Last night, on my way to Wests, I saw a guy riding a dark red, brakeless bike with silver deep rims and risers. not clipped in. slowing down with thew soles of his feet on the ground. looked really suss.
he pulled into the tower block between stanford bridge and the kings road.
Probably not going to help anyone, but i thought i'd mention it.
