yeah definitely. one black cabbie took me out in hampstead a few years ago, both going downhill , he turned right without indicating. fucked up my collarbone, stayed overnight in A&E! and as i was on the floor in pain he came over to me screaming 'are you off your fucking head!!' like he wasn't to blame!
