STRONGLY disagree, every day I see apalling driving from black cabs (racist I know). They seem to think mirror, signal, manoeuvre has an 'if you feel like it' clause in the highway code, dodgy u-turns, passing waaay too close, overtaking only to turn left right in front of me, tailgating waaay to close and many more life threatening moves.
