does ITM stem come with bolts?

The expander bolt is there, though not the handlebar clamp bolt, sadly. I'll take a poke around by toolbox for one, but I don't think I've one kicking around. SInce the stem itself is threaded for it though, a two sec trip to Clerkenwell Screws should have it sorted…
