I was a Bauhaus, Siouxie's, Caberet Voltaire fan and some others I can't remember then went soft into Japan, Krafwerk, Tangerine Dream and Klaus Schultz
I remember all the Punks on the Kings Road Chelsea them where the fun days ;o)))
me too, I lived just over Battersea bridge and worked on the King's Road in the early eighties, by then Punk had faded a little, it was more proto goth like Bauhaus, Theatre of Hate and The Southern Death Cult, who were great, rockabilly and white funk.
The punks on the King's road were more of a tourist attraction than anything by then, they charged for photos.
I wore clothes out of Johnson's and American Classics, wish I still had them.
I was never really into The Pistols, they were more like a boy band, svengali manager, stylist etc. The Clash were much better.
