Can you help to identify these frames, bikes or parts?

Looking at stems at the mo, 25.4 x 90mm x 5° Rise. So wanted some bars to fit. Seen some at both BLB and 14 for about £44. Not sure if they will look the same as what I'm after once on the bike. Having trouble picturing it. Also think maybe they'll be to wide.

44 quid - crazy money - just go into any Evans and there will be a wide selection, no need to spend more than 25 quid
