Those are oversize 30mm risers, usually downhill mtb specific, so check out mtb shops as you will need an accompanying stem to accomodate your oversize bars, which may limit your stem choice as this not an extremely common size. If you want something easier to get hold of that you can put bmx style stems on, I would recommend Gusset open prison bars, currently running a set on my bike, and they are very comfy and very strong, i've got a 3 inch rise on mine.
