On a bike was last June. Just been to the LBS on the t'other side of Exeter to me, (to find an BB axle for a Piaggio Bianchi which had developed a helical split!), started off and failed to notice the downward contour of the paved area in front as i was leaning forward out of the saddle. Back end came up and planted myself on the tarmac in front of a pub. With witnesses.
Nothing series except my left wrist which is still a bit stiff from a previous break, bike related! :)
