Spotted in Manchester...

Spotted locked outside Piccadilly train station, geared touring bike completely covered in black&yellow tape, including the spokes of both wheels, wheel disc stylee.... clearly belongs to some mental case... was too gobsmacked to remember to photograph it... now i've been exposed to it i *should *be able to get a snap on the way home....

seen that also, it hurts my eyes locked up. would hate to see it moving.

I've seen that goign and it's like a bloody visual migraine!
