i couldnt reccomend any of my LBS in hereford, they are incredibly unhelpful hideously over charge for maintenance (come on £10 for changing a fricking tube!) they never reccomend anything decent (e.g wrong size bikes) and if you ask to borrow a pedal wrench or shock pump they make a massive fuss about it
EDIT - also they manage to fit wrong components to the ones i specify and brake lockout levers (for forks) and refuse to claim they did. . . not impressed at all
