It's a bike shop in Flanders. I went there once when I lived in Belgium. They sell their own brand frames as I recall, probably made by a contractor, i.e. they don't build them themselves.
Email the shop. Most Belgians speak very good English.

As far as I know (and I have the same opinion about this since 1979), Cornelo is the private label of a company named Henk Kokke Sport from Sint Willebrord, in the south of The Netherlands, near the Belgian border.
It seems that Kokke is in Etten-Leur now.
There is also a Belgian Website named http://www.cicli-cornelo.be/ , of a Belgian company, also based close to St. Willebrord. Site very outdated, 2001. Pretty vague.
Kokke / Cornelo: they don't do their own stuff. Just the labels (decals) are theirs. Goods imported from Belgium, Italia, Taiwan...It all doesn't mean that the bike are bad.
On the contrary, their reputation was always quite okay. A bit a Colnago spin-off, but not the original ofcourse.Nice story about Cornelo's history in Dutch:

You can try to translate it with Babelfish or Google.
