Three days in cornwall... advice needed

Cheese and bean pasty, Barnecut Bakery, all over Cornwall! Surfed today, 4 foot cross/off. Got my new charge plug on cycle to work scheme yesterday, Took it for a spin tonight, slightly better than the one I built, but that only cost £20 all up. Why cant you take old bikes from the tip anymore?

I was told that my local tip at St Day had handed over all scrap rights to a local firm. They collect any sellable waste, take it away to their warehouse, clean it, then sell it to the general public. They pay the tip a yearly fee for this privilage. So ends picking up a cheap frame/bike when you are at the tip.
