Ha ha, i know what you mean.
You should see the rock hard tight grips ive got on my bars, it took me a few days to get them on with copious WD40. With any regular grips theyd be coming loose, but these are fixed like iron.
Hairspray is great most of the time, and helps glue grips in position when dried too.
