Yeah but if he goes to a shop they will just advise him to buy a Langster(not that there is anything wrong with a Langster per say).
Personally if I was going to get any otp I would buy a Kona Paddywagon and powdercoat the frame and change the handlebars from drops to risers.
If you can source one though, buy a Steamroller, those things rock.
