I know someone who would be very interested in the track wheels.

That 20" frame looks perfect for the girlfriend - but whats up with the bottom bracket?

yeah, i was thinking that.

I would say BB is a cottered axle-type cup, badly painted over. No reason why it shouldn't come out with paint on more than without.
Sorry if I am missing something. (<<< I love that coppiThat politeness)

I like to take the track wheels. How much for shipping to London?

I will remove the painted over fixed cup fitted to the BB of the small frame - I have the correct tools and I am sure there will not be a problem...

The two frames and the handlebars and stem are still available.
I have a couple of cheap but good quality frames to sell, a pair of unused track wheels, Deda oversize bars/stem and some rather lovely Fir black 32H rims. All the item are in Bristol but I can post them easily - the frames will cost £14 to ship and the rims £7.
Thanks
Hilary
20in ROAD FRAME c1948 Lovely faux 2-plate fork crown will convert easily to single speed or fixed.
Seat Tube (ctt): 20in
Top Tube (ctc): 22in
Rear dropout width: 115mm
Wheel size: Sprints or 700C with a brake drop of 50mm
Seatpost size 27.2mm
This is a very pretty small frame from the late 1940s - I do not know make it is but it is obviously built from good quality double-butted tubing probably Reynolds 531 as it takes a 27.2mm seatpost. Its in very sound condition and will make a great single speed or fixed frame - the rear dropouts are easily respaced to 120mm - I will do it for the buyer if they like. £55
