I always find that the Cinelli alu track bike are always an ugly duckling, until I saw this, the chrome Campgy rims with gumwall tubular tyres somehow made it look much nicer!

i think what you're liking there is the wheel itself, the rest just sort of comes with it.
If you put a mavic fivespoke on a unipack, i think that unipack would look fairly nice too.
