my flat will be available june 8, quiet end of tib street, two bed, nice gaff, massive roof terrace at back and flat roof on top so cool for parties. no neighbours to bother with loud music etc
bike friendly too, i was storing 5 bikes in there without them being in the way
think it'll be round 650 mark.
