Wanted: Borrow Fizik Arione

Totally not wanting to buy said saddle and find out its a gooch nasher, so im asking if anyone has an Arione hanging about somwhere i could just try out for a little while. I may even buy it if it suits.

ok. lets make it more appealing by saying I'm interested in buying an Arione for around £40.

Forget the borrowing bit since it seems a bit much to ask.

mister dylan - go to evans and just ask to try out any saddle you want. they'll let you buy it and bring it back within 28 days. obviously don't wreck it in that time and they'll give you a refund. if they don't have it on the shelf they can order it in for you.

was speaking to the manager of evans on south bank of london bridge (tooley st?) and he was happy to let me do it :)

Also, the arione is a fucking great saddle, grow some balls and buy it. I love mine.

i've ridden an arione for about a year and a half on my lo-pro, which doesn't really get that much use. i'm unimpressed with it. yes, it's very comfortable, but it's starting to frey at the seams and the faux-leather is splitting at the nose. i would expect a near-£100 saddle to be a little bit more resiliant than this. i would say that it's made for use with spandex and not denim.

The old ones are better, like the one depicted, mine is leather.

Hi Dylan. Unfortunately I'm stuck in Leeds, but I've got one you could borrow. Should be coming to london soon, so I'll let you know and see if you still fancy trying one out.

Hey Will ! Thanks for the offer but i think what I'm going to do is 1st'ly try and borrow Fiddys saddle and see what's what and then if all is well get in contact with RP to buy the celeste one.
