It also depends on what bolt you have, there's 2 different kinds. Socket wrench bolt or allenkey bolt. I have both....
This is the 'socket wrench bolt'(underneath the dustcap). The dustcap ONLY works on this kind
This is the 'allenkey' bolt. Dustcap does NOT fit over the top
