I purchased a pair of Lake clipless shoes that came with a pair of SPDs and I guess they have been worn (in) together-
I went for my first clipless ride from Falmouth to Gweek along some lovely Cornish countryside and had no probs getting un clipped, quite the opposite as my foot flew off a couple of times going up hill, I guess they just need a bit of adjustment somewhere!
