Well yeah of course, you knew what I meant though. What I was trying to express was that the frame posted earlier in this thread was possibly not made by HQ (or one of his official frame builder lackeys), but by a member of the public who wanted a frame with mudguard eyelets and so on, but bears HQ decals so no-one would (in theory) know otherwise.
