I haven't even started on the bread yet. The Brötchen were perfect, loved the Bretzeln (much better than the soul-destroying factory crap that Mainz (where I'm from), of all places, has been spreading around--I remember them before Ditsch's (sic) industrialised and turned them into freeze-dried blow-heatable shit (or whatever you call the procedure) that's about as dry as silica gel and about as edible).
