I'm with brylonscamel on this, avoid the main roads - stick to the cycling lanes, they are joy to use, everything is well posted. The paths are super smooth, just watch out for the scooters!
Some friends and I have just got back from riding from Hook of Holland to Brussels (Via Bergen op Zoom, Antwerp and Gent). Awesome trip, great cycling, great beer!
