When I'm not carrying a Zefal HPX frame pump (the daddy of all frame pumps - will get a tub up to 160psi, no problem) I carry one of these:
It's good because it's got a T handle that folds out so your hand doesn't ache. I'm no body-builder, but I once pumped my partner's tyre up with it and when we got home, she went to top it up it on the track pump and saw it was already at 120psi.
