Go along the canal till you come to the ped bridge with the ramp doubling back to your left, just after you go under 2 rail bridges. About 1.5 miles - easier to see than explain.
Across the bridge, leave the canal and go through the estate, turn left and follow road out.
Straight across takes you onto Harewood Ave. Left onto Marylebone Road, right downSeymour Place. Left and Right at the end spits you out on Marble Arch.
Options here. I go down Park Lane a bit, then hang right into HP and down the Boardwalk. Traffic can be frisky.
Or go straight across, under the Arch itself, wait for decent lights to cross the other side and filter into HP along North Carriage Drive.
Follow round then shoot down Exhibition rd.
or finish with TSK's bit.
