They're more hassle to put on the bike - have to pre-stretch the tub for a while and gluing can be messy for the first few goes.
You'd need to carry a spare pre-glued tub with you in case you puncture, but changing tubs is normally quicker than changing inner tubes on a clincher. As the tyre is glued on to the rim, you can even ride them flat if needed, if you can't be arsed to change the tub on the street
I guess it depends on if you like fettling bikes ? I'm a bit of a tub convert, I prefer the ride and It satisfies the side of me that likes tatting with bikes.
Maybe get a Vittoria Rally for a tenner and give it a go before you decide to change ?
