For Sale: Gitane road frame & various parts- bars, risers, cranks, velocity deep v wheel & more

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD - everything now sold.

Ok guys, I am moving back to Australia so selling off some spare parts as well as splitting up my Gitane road conversion… Had the rear wheel stolen a couple of weeks ago, so have made the tough decision to sell it rather than get a new wheel built and ship the whole bike back home for £120 quid!!!

You might recognise it, was on the forums a couple of months back when I bought off Sam.

Ok so, below are the parts with a ballpark of what I am after – I’m open to offers on everything I’ve listed. If you feel I’m off or taking the piss feel free to let me know (not that you need my encouragement)

Happy to listen to offers on taking the bike as a whole if someone so desires (minus a back wheel of course).

Collection can be from Soho Square or N1. Happy to post everything listed, virtually anywhere, will let you know cost once I know what it is I’m sending and where.

• Gitane vintage race frame with columbus tubing , 58cm c to c, top tube 57cm. It’s in pretty good nick – no bumbs or dents, few chips here and there, nothing you wouldn't expect from a vintage frame. 130mm rear spacing £120

• Virtually new Acor needle bearing 1" headset, professionally fitted at BLB only a few weeks ago (cost £30 new) (still on frame - can see it there) £15

• Tange chrome forks, 210mm steerer with 60mm of that threaded (will need a long drop to run a brake - bout 55mm) £20

• Cannondale slice ultra SI Fork. Carbon body, aluminium steerer. About 225mm steerer, unthreaded and drilled for a front brake. In excellent condition £50

• Cut down white riser bars with quill stem. There is a scratch on the bar from getting the stem on but can be conveniently covered by a light (see in pics). Clamp size, 25.4 close to the stem, but 22.2 toward the mid and ends. 37.5cm wide, rise about 9cm. Stem length 65mm. Will split if requested. £10 - can include the Oury grips for another fiver.

• ITM drop bars with white tape and ITM quill stem. Clamp size of bar is 25.4mm, length of stem- 70mm. Will split if requested. £15

• Velocity DeepV front wheelset, in white with non-machined sidewall.The hub is Planet X and sealed. The front wheel is built radial – tyre not included. Few scratches here and there, but literally done under 10 miles on it. £70

• Excellent condition virtually new WeThePeople Royal BMX cranks (£120 new) £60

• Odyssey European BMX bottom bracket (no photo as still on the frame - didn't want to split yet in case someone wanted with frame) £20

• Virtually new profile imperial sprocket (£30 new) £15

• DMR V8 pedals - quite scuffed. free

• Virtually new Charge Spoon saddle in white (£25 new) - will chuck in the seat post if requested (free to anyone else) £15

size of the cranks? 160, 170?
