What's your top speed?

No, actually, I'm not. I even found the signs they use online whilst I was betting with TheCatMan. There are some with no radar, some with optional radar and some that are very obviously radar-equipped.. ie the ones that say "your speed is xxMPH". You are obviously talking about a different sign.

Anyway, Norway? wtf would you know about London's signage? :P

There's one on Remenham hill on the way into Henley-on-Thames (flashing 'SLOW DOWN' type). Used to drive past it all the time (lived in Henley for 6 years). When I remembered to brake a bit it did'nt flash but when I forgot (you go from 60 to 30 here so it catches alot of people) it always caught me. Its also on my old running route, and I never saw it go off without a car present. If you are talking about a specific camera in london, then I suppose it could be a different type.

You can have the mrs bike regardless, its doing my nut in riding a ladybike to work. Just cover the postage and I'll tell her I lost it ;)
