Anyone!?
I just thought do french bikes usually take shimano or campnag bb's or is it something entirley different?

check the search. There is a 'French threaded' bottom bracket standard also.
you can tell what BB you have by measuring width and noting the direction that the cups unscrew.
If your BB is French I would try and save it- i.e. if it is loose ball try and source a shorter spindle and save the cups.Good luck.

french bb's are a tricky prospect
doesn't the PX-10 have non french stuff though
it was a team bike / team bike replica so maybe they went with campy / shimano standard sized stuffif it is french sizing you'll have a job finding spares

So, lately i measured the BB again.
Unfortunately for me, i cannot combine both so i can offer you the original 107mm Cup'n'Cone from the auction. Because of the lockring, you should be able to fit it in a 68mm BB shell. I just checked it in my track frame with ITA and it should work (both cups screwed in to hold the spindle and there are few millimeters outside to screw the lockring on).
So do you want it?

... it has NJS stamp on the spindle, too. And willl fit 68 definitely because the spindle sais: 68 / 107.

I have a vintage 1969 PX10 which has a knackerd BB...
Has anyone had experiance with french old bottom brackets and replacing them before. Where can I source a new or fully refurbed one asap? does anyone have one to hand?
As ever your help is much appreciated!
