no substitute for a proper fitting though.
it was quite a way off for my ideal fit (about 2cm in the stem) and there is no way i could ride the 'competative fit' bike as it would be way too small and prohibit using the drops, unless i wanted to bend my spine in an arc but then you wouldn't be able to move your diaphragm/breath properly.
i bet for a lot of people it's spot on for their bike size. probably because they are riding a bike that doesn't fit them!
