Yo Joey... Ive only just seen this epic thread about your nightmare with finding a headset for that frame. It just so happens I have that very same frame yet mine came with a headset in place. All i can say is that it seems to be made by ambrosio and looks like the top one in this link

Ive never had to take it out so am only going on the design on the top. Worth checking out perhaps.
