I'm looking for a new frame and a rack for my polo bike (can you call all the parts for a bike except frame a bike?!), needs horizontal or rear drops, and take 27inch wheels. And smaller than 58cm.
Other than that my only real care is that it's as cheap as possible, preferable £0, but willing to pay up to £30?
Need a rack so I can commute with it, but that's not really important... again I'm looking for as near to £0 as possible?

You could do what I did and space the axle out with a key ring...
Although that did lead to the thread striping of my bb shell...! :-)
(so probably best not!)You could also try getting a new bb instead of crank set? Might be cheaper?

bb in blb was £25 plus 20 labour.....too much for polo!
may just use my langster and use the money saved to get a cheap rear wheel

You should be able to get a bb for £15 new and I'm sure someone here will lend you the tools to fit it.
^ Brake? what brake would that be?
