I would not in my life get a Miche BB, tried it once, gave up after needing to tighten it three times in a week (yes I used locktite and yes I used all my manly power on that motha). So I went with a campag centaur and I have a phil rear hub. It doesnt make that much noise!
And yeah, make sure you get the correct taper, you can put ISO on JIS and vice versa, but you might screw them up and if you change your bb they might not fit again.
