  • @commie - trying to get the nose back on is a right pain in the arse (no pun intended).

    assuming bike upright: basically you need to strectch the leather 'up' to get more leather over the nose, at the same time pull the rear end of the bolt 'down' to align with nose hole and tighten the bolt. a real bugger. had to do this the other day and lots of cursing didn't help things either. more hands the better
