A good Saville Row (Sabiro in Japanese funnily enough) tailor will make a suit for your requirements, and not just for boardrooms or balls.
photoben is right, and with the recession meaning that normal customers are holding off on buying new suits, bargains are to be had.
A bespoke suit can easily be speccd for hunched over riding positions, and in different weights, for winter and summer riding.
