Those frames were made for alf webb, I bought one from him (webbline.co.uk). In the past few years they've been floating round ebay. I think poor alf went bust, and someone was selling off his unused stock.
I liked mine, but sold it to vinylvillain as it was too small. Good solid (but UGLY!) frames :)

You'll have to get the steerer threaded though Marc. Or Find a 1" A-head headset and stem.

@ Marcus, I have the threadless headset that came with the bike, it kind of broke when i took it all apart. You're welcome to take it for free when and if you get the frame.

Not as cheap as you first think.not that difficult- the best one i've found is buy a shimano 105 headset and then buy the converter from threaded to threadless made by M:Part.
not the cheapest, but in terms of quality, pretty ace.
then make yourself a shim out of a coke can and use a 1 1/8" shim.
simple as. -

Yup - heres what it looked like when i got it of ASM, i built it up with spares for a pengy look!- its a great bike for the money - easily on a par with Langster/Bowery etc - nice thick dropouts too

Few things here to sell, mostly cheap. Perfect for beater or polo bike i reckon, or first project... See what you think.
Track Frame: Unknown make. 53cm BB to top of seat tube, 120mm rear spacing on horizontal dropouts. Few scratches, but nothing major. Dark blue with electric bule pattern. No decals.
BB & fork included. No headset (came with threadless). Front & rear brake drillings. £60. SOLD
Drop handlebars. Looks like a 26.0mm clamp diameter. 40cm end-to-end. Chrome with black cork tape. ** £10**
Front Wheel, 700c. Black machined rim laced to unknown hub. Spins true.
Schwalbe Blizzard Sport black tyre 700x23c & tube included. ** £20.** SOLD
Saddle, generic, couple of scuffs, Selle San Remo. £5
Specialized black stem, used. £5
Seatpost, 27.2mm diameter, 270mm length. 1-bolt adjustable clamp. Good condition. £5
Front brake caliper. Weinmann NDC. Comes with pads, worn, but still some life in them. £10
Brake Lever & cable. Used Diacompe left/hand finger-lever. Looks like dirty harry model. Quite a few scratches. About 41cm of cable & housing. £10
