I have the miche advanced cranks and use the miche primato bb, english iso 107mm, rear hub is 120, chainline is perfect.
The bb has two adjustable cups instead of one flanged so you can shift it laterally in the bb shell to adjust the chainline. The downside of this is that it can come loose if you dont tighten it up loads.
You could get a campag bb as they are iso too, but I couldnt find a 107, you could do 109 and have an extra 1mm either side which could be ok depending on your chain line. Best bet is to measure your rear spacing from centre to centre of the teeth of the sprocket.
