there's a inexpensive handy way to secure seats to your frame, if you got a chain tool.
basically get some excess chain (around 70cm) and put it in a inner tube cut to the same length.
(this should look like a basic cable lock)
then loop the cable inside your seat rails and around to your seatstays and back up to your rails, where you can connect em back together with the chaintool.
Finally over lap the innertube so the chain is completely encased by it.
(ED: but yea a bolt cutter will go thru it quite easy >_< )
