I think for motorists it went form a £30 fine and 3 points to £60 and 6 points, not sure on the points though. But is you can report them then I would. Does anyone have a link to a form that you can download and errrr a reputable witness to back you up as these fuckwits should be taken off the road and as previously mentioned when I have showed someone the error of their ways all I ended up was getting a mouthful of abuse.
It is now the time to fight back.
