Minicab drivers are always on their mobiles/pdas/gps units, getting directions to their next job.
There should be a law that information like this is called through and they have to listen to it with headphones.. or the GPS unit is permanent fixture to the dash like a HUD rather than being a phone they can fuck around with. Oh, and I should be legally ok to shoot anyone in the head that risks my life.
