Why don't we meet at the roundabout on shooters hill road, with prince charles road. Its an obvious place. If they are closing off we can meet on the grass on one of the corners. Its dead flat, so everyone will be easy to see, which makes the meet easy.
I suggest we start amassing from 6.45 for a prompt 7.15 start. We want them to have started closing off roads, but not completed their task.
