the moto camera guy, i ve forgotten his name, he came over from SF with the mash dude rainier, who won it.
the checkpoints were released 24 hours before the race so the out of towners wouldn't be at a disadvantage. so it really came down to had the fittest legs and to an extent, big balls. maybe took a bit of the fun out of it, i dunno. but was part of a three day event: track, tricks and the alley cat, so i m not complaining. wicked week!
