I'm 6 ft 2 weigh about 16 stone 10 and currently use 3x 48h wheels, do you reckon I would be alright to switch to radial front and back for tricks? or even to use 2 wheels instead of 3? would this help me go faster thanks to decreased rolling resistance?
I was thinking about possibly going for some carbon rims as well, maybe carbon spokes or possibly magnesium alloy, if these are unavailable I may select adamantium or unobtanium, depending on which is the fashionable hipster metal of the moment.
I'm also strongly considering changing my religous beliefs, and painting my face in multiple colours in honour of "The Lord Tynan Almighty''s" avatar, do you think i'll look like a twat or do you reckon it'll be ok?
Also do you know if I can get carbon unobtanium/adamanitum rims in the same green as my selle italia supercharger saddle?

Well, in my recent (and in hindsight rather shit) post about BLB you told me:
Radial is fucking pointless, good on them for advising against it, resistance from side to side impacts, e.g. hitting potholes going round corners etc etc is piss poor compared to 3X etc. The only reason I can see for radial is maybe for aero purposes so you can lace bladed spokes dead straight from hub to rim, but even then, I think you aren't left with a very resilient wheel.
However, I think you've learnt the error of your ways, so I would say run 4h unobtanium on both (radial of course). Failing the unobtanium rims, I would go for a hybrid crows beak laced to carbon, but only if you can get the nipples in green.
