Psychlist, the red paint on mine is very faded.
You can compare the original red underneath the band-on components and under the BB.
I touched-up using humbrol / revell enamel pots from 'ModelZone' model shop near Holborn.
Buy some thinners and a 00 brush and do it in good daylight.
The paints are mixable, but this can give surprising results - like mixing two shades of red and getting purple.
3/4 paints, thinner and brush comes to a tenner.
@hammchris - cheers! long time coming, not too expensive, lots of discarded parts along the wayside.
@benjamin - ebay seller had lots of them at the time, still pop up now and again... vastly overpriced!
