Size 46...i am normally a 45...but Lake come up a bit small.

hey man, might be interested in the chainring, also thinking about a 47 tooth though,
It seems though that i have just bought the same cranks as you (probably exactly the same pair in fact as i live in cambridge too) the gipiemme specials.
I was wondering if you might have any other chainring suggestions, or have any other 144bcd chainrings which don't have such a deep section bit of metal between the teeth and the inner ring..
