Would be nice for long rides in the country - especially with that view - but there is no way I'd want to be dismounting and remounting that thing at the traffic lights in the city.
What are the reverse penny farthing bicycles, where the rear wheel is the big one? I saw a girl riding one around Arnold Circus.
