Spotted...

I see that dude a few times a week and have often noticed the lack of cages. Rides in from (through) peckham, down old kent road, e&c, blackfriairs - then turns off Grey Inn's road and I carry on to work. not stalking, just got the same route.

I thought the helmet / no rear brake combo was a bit weird. It's like not packing a reserve parachute, but wearing kneepads to make up for it. Have you ever said anything to him?
